… In yummy colors!

I originally planned to wake up early and take good pictures of these stitch markers I made, but it was raining. Not too pleased with the grittiness (due to bad lighting) but here they are, anyway.

I made them while watching Sleepy Hollow a couple of nights ago. I enjoy re-watching movies I like. I can watch them everyday and not get sick of it. In fact, the more I watch, the more I’m likely to watch it. =)

For most of them, I used a jump ring for the loop. The jump ring looks oxidized because I couldn’t find any in the normal silver color. I tried making the loop with the wire, which actually works pretty well.
I learnt a new technique with this set of stitch markers. Usually, I use thinner wires that are not as stiff, then I’d cut off the excess wire so connecting loop is clean and tidy. This time round, I used very stiff wire and the wrap method. Its a little tricky to get the wire to wrap the way I want it to, but after a while, I got the hang of it. I must say I like this method.
Not much knitting had been done, but the KZ pullover’s body is almost complete. I finished the front last night, but I think I might have to make it a little longer. We’ll see how.
Also, I’ve been thinking about dyeing some yarn for TSY again. If you have any suggestions/comments, feel free to let me know. For example, you feel that the price/shipping is unfair, or that you would like have yarn of other weights, color schemes (less contrasting colors?).. Anything at all. Just let me know so I can take it into consideration and do some changes. Email me at: kessaknits@yahoo.com if you have anything to say. =)
